The Tog Store Deliveries & Returns
DELIVERIES
The Tog Store will dispatch all products either on the day of ordering or within 48 hours of the order being processed.
In the rare occasion the product is not dispatched within 48 hours the customer will be informed of the expected date of dispatch.
Delays can be expected if ordering before weekends or over Bank Holiday periods.
Royal Mail and Parcel force issue individual tracking numbers which can be obtained for tracking your individual parcel.
RETURNS
The Tog Store checks all items before they are dispatched.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive
We offer a full refund for any item returned so long as the item/s has been returned within 7 days of dispatch.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, The Tog Store reserves the right to offer Gift Vouchers equivilent to value of the original purchase when items are returned after 7 Days.
Items which are faulty due to manufacturing can be returned and your rights are covered under the Sale of Goods Act.
The Tog Store does not cover the cost of carriage for the return of unwanted goods.
PAYMENT
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
Credit/Debit card payments are processed on the day of ordering.
We also accept cheques, cheques should be made payable to The Tog Store Limited. Cheques need to be cleared before dispatch.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
When a confirmation of an order is received via email, this is to indicate that we have received your order, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us has begun.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, whereby we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
